Terms and Conditions

Section 1 Scope of Application – These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Alexander Pooch online shop.

Section 2 Conclusion of Contract – The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email.

Section 3 Prices and Payment – All prices are final prices. As a small business owner according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no value added tax is charged.

Section 4 Delivery – We deliver exclusively within Germany.

Section 5 Right of Withdrawal – Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For sealed audio/video recordings (CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, vinyl records), the right of withdrawal expires upon removal of the seal. Withdrawal can be made by email to: alexanderpooch@web.de

Section 6 Warranty – The statutory warranty rights apply.

Section 7 Dispute Resolution – Platform of the EU Commission: [link to platform]. We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
