Section 5 Right of Withdrawal Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.
Note: For sealed audio or video recordings (e.g., CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, vinyl records), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal is broken.
